Upon requesting an appointment online or requesting an appointment by phone, you will receive an email confirming your appointment. This email will include a link and a password for you to use to enter the client portal. (For your convenience, you can also access the client portal at any time on this page) You will have access to your appointments, billing information and documentation. You will have the ability to cancel and request appointments, make payments, upload paperwork and download worksheets. There is also a messaging icon to the upper right of the portal (pictured below) which you can use to message me on the secure portal. I will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message, and you will be alerted via email of my message.
The initial email will also include a link to your video chat if you have requested a Telehealth appointment. You can use the link in the email, or log in to your client portal and click on Join Video, at the time of your appointment to begin our session.
All information exchanged on this portal is secure, confidential and meets all HIPAA requirements.
